?A aproximação entre a autarquia e a instituição de ensino superior insere-se numa estratégia de capacitação territorial baseada na investigação aplicada, na formação e na transferência de conhecimento. Nessa medida, as duas entidades estão a formalizar um protocolo de cooperação institucional direcionado para as áreas do turismo, património, cultura, formação profissional e inovação. Esta colaboração tem já previsto em abril do próximo ano o acolhimento, em Condeixa-a-Nova, do Congresso INSPIRA.
O programa de trabalhos teve início em Conímbriga - uma das mais importantes estações arqueológicas do país e o principal polo de atração turística do concelho -, com uma intervenção de José Luís Barbosa, em representação da Associação de Municípios do Portugal Romano, estrutura nacional sediada em Condeixa.
No período da tarde, a comitiva foi recebida no PO.RO.S – Museu Portugal Romano em Sicó pela Chefe da Divisão de Cultura e Turismo da autarquia, Guida Cândido, que apresentou a visão integrada do município para a rede de equipamentos e recursos do concelho.
?Após a visita ao espaço museológico interativo, o itinerário culminou na Casa dos Arcos - Posto de Turismo, onde os estudantes e docentes participaram numa degustação de escarpiada, doce tradicional de Condeixa.
Com esta iniciativa, Condeixa-a-Nova procura dar um passo em frente na sua afirmação turística, definindo uma estratégia sustentada em conhecimento, reflexão crítica e capacidade de inovação, a ser vertida num futuro Plano Estratégico de Turismo do concelho, com o envolvimento ativo da comunidade académica e científica.
]]>The collaboration between the local government and the higher education institution is part of a territorial capacity-building strategy rooted in applied research, training, and knowledge transfer. To this end, both entities are formalizing an institutional cooperation agreement focused on tourism, heritage, culture, professional training, and innovation. As part of this partnership, Condeixa-a-Nova is set to host the INSPIRA Congress next April.
The program began at Conímbriga—one of the country’s most significant archaeological sites and the municipality’s primary tourist attraction—with a presentation by José Luís Barbosa, representing the Association of Municipalities of Roman Portugal (Associação de Municípios do Portugal Romano), a national organization based in Condeixa.
In the afternoon, the group was welcomed at PO.RO.S (the Museum of Roman Portugal in Sicó) by Guida Cândido, Head of the Municipality’s Culture and Tourism Division, who outlined the local government’s integrated vision for the area’s network of facilities and resources.
Following the visit to the interactive museum, the itinerary concluded at the "Casa dos Arcos" Tourist Information Center, where the students and faculty took part in a tasting of *escarpiada*—a traditional pastry from Condeixa. With this initiative, Condeixa-a-Nova seeks to take a step forward in establishing its position as a tourism destination, defining a strategy grounded in knowledge, critical reflection, and a capacity for innovation—a strategy that will be incorporated into a future Strategic Tourism Plan for the municipality, with the active involvement of the academic and scientific community.
]]>Durante o exercício, foram praticados os três gestos essenciais que podem fazer a diferença numa situação de emergência (Baixar, Proteger e Aguardar), assim como a evacuação de todos os estabelecimentos escolares.
Ao dinamizar estas iniciativas, procura-se reforçar a importância da preparação e da segurança, especialmente junto dos mais jovens, promovendo uma verdadeira cultura de prevenção e capacitando a comunidade escolar para agir de forma adequada perante uma situação de emergência.
]]>During the exercise, participants practiced three essential actions that can make a difference in an emergency—"Drop, Cover, and Hold On"—and carried out the evacuation of all the school facilities.
By organizing such initiatives, the goal is to reinforce the importance of preparedness and safety, especially among the youth, while fostering a genuine culture of prevention and empowering the school community to act appropriately in an emergency situation.
]]>A iniciativa “NOVELOS DE AFETOS”, promovida pelo projeto CLDS 5G – Condeixa+Ativa, da Divisão de Coesão Social, Saúde e Habitação do Município de Condeixa-a-Nova, convida toda a comunidade a juntar-se a esta campanha solidária, que pretende levar conforto, carinho e aconchego aos idosos do concelho que se encontram em situação de maior vulnerabilidade.
Através da confeção e oferta de acessórios em lã, como gorros, luvas, cachecóis, pantufas, golas, entre outros, queremos proporcionar mais do que calor físico: queremos transmitir afeto, proximidade e a certeza de que ninguém está esquecido.
Como pode participar? Apadrinhe um idoso: comprometa-se a oferecer um acessório em lã, confecionado por si, até ao início do mês de dezembro.
Doe novelos de lã: se não tem jeito ou disponibilidade para tricotar, pode contribuir com a oferta de lãs. Temos voluntários disponíveis para transformar cada novelo num verdadeiro gesto de carinho.
Junte-se como voluntário: se gosta de tricotar ou de trabalhar com lãs, venha dar o seu contributo e ajudar-nos a criar estes pequenos mimos cheios de significado.
Todos os acessórios serão entregues durante a época natalícia aos idosos sinalizados, levando-lhes um pouco mais de conforto, calor e alegria nesta quadra tão especial.

Neste Natal, transforme um novelo num mimo quentinho e um gesto simples num abraço cheio de afeto!
The “Skeins of Affection” (“Novelos de Afetos”) initiative—promoted by the CLDS 5G – Condeixa+Ativa project, under the Municipality of Condeixa-a-Nova’s Division of Social Cohesion, Health, and Housing—invites the entire community to join this solidarity campaign. The goal is to bring comfort, care, and warmth to the most vulnerable elderly residents in our municipality.
By creating and gifting wool accessories—such as hats, gloves, scarves, slippers, and cowls—we aim to provide more than just physical warmth; we want to convey affection, closeness, and the reassurance that no one has been forgotten.
How can you participate? Sponsor an elderly person: commit to gifting a wool accessory, handmade by you, by the beginning of December.
Donate yarn: if you don’t have the knack or the time to knit, you can still contribute by donating yarn. We have volunteers ready to turn every ball of yarn into a heartfelt gesture of care.
Become a volunteer: if you enjoy knitting or working with yarn, come lend a hand and help us create these meaningful little gifts.
All items will be delivered to the identified elderly residents during the Christmas season, bringing them a bit more comfort, warmth, and joy during this very special time of year.

This Christmas, turn a ball of yarn into a cozy gift, and a simple gesture into an embrace full of affection!
Neste sentido, as candidaturas ao “Cabaz de Natal” decorrem durante todo o mês de novembro, podendo candidatar-se os munícipes e agregados familiares residentes no concelho de Condeixa-a-Nova cujo rendimento per capita seja igual ou inferior a 70% do Indexante dos Apoios Sociais (IAS), fixado anualmente.
As candidaturas são de caráter obrigatório e devem ser formalizadas presencialmente junto da Divisão de Coesão Social, Saúde e Habitação de Condeixa-a-Nova ou com o apoio das respetivas Juntas de Freguesia. Os interessados poderão, igualmente, obter esclarecimentos através do contacto telefónico 239 940 142 ou do endereço de correio eletrónico loja.social@cm-condeixa.pt.
Para a formalização da candidatura, é necessário o preenchimento de impresso próprio, acompanhado da documentação obrigatória relativa ao requerente e aos restantes elementos do agregado familiar.
A distribuição dos Cabazes de Natal está prevista para os dias 14 e 15 de dezembro, permitindo, assim, apoiar as famílias que se encontram em situação de maior fragilidade económica e contribuir para que vivam esta quadra festiva com maior conforto e dignidade.

Residents and households living in the municipality of Condeixa-a-Nova are eligible to apply, provided their per capita income is equal to or less than 70% of the Social Support Index (IAS), which is set annually.
Applications are mandatory and must be submitted in person at the Division for Social Cohesion, Health, and Housing of Condeixa-a-Nova, or with the assistance of the local Parish Councils (Juntas de Freguesia).
